Job Responsibilities
1,Responsible for the success of sales trading department.
2,Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
3,Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
4,Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5,Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
6,Operation of relevant foreign popular social media platforms and customers development, such as Linkedln, Instagram, Facebook etc.
Required Skills
1,Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2,Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
3,Strong supervisory and leadership
4,Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5,Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
6,Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
7,At least three years of sales experience required.
